Watkins Fellowship

The Watkins Fellowship was established in honor of Past International Director, William “Bill” Watkins, a long-time devoted supporter of East Tennessee Lions Eye Bank (ETLEB). The program recognizes donations of $500.00 to ETLEB. The East Tennessee Lions Eye Bank gives the “gift of sight” through various programs, including eye surgeries, research and assistance to those in need of special eye care.
